In you, as in each of our abhyasis, is a sacred space where the best is accomplished. At the heart of each cell of the physical body is manifested this divine energy so mysterious to human beings. Little understood and, above all, not well accepted in its reality, it nevertheless exists and testifies to the manifestation of this power, which will one day reveal itself in all its reality and be recognised as such.

This world must progress, open up to knowledge, true knowledge. It will be decisive for an unprecedented advancement. It is time to overcome the barriers of illusion, of everything that obscures and distances us from a truth essential to the progress of humanity.

In its own way, Sahaj Marg opens up perspectives; they are not yet recognised as they should be, but all in good time, we cannot force anything.

This path fosters a progress that the future will materialise. It is good to know this, and to work towards it. This world cannot stagnate eternally in a limited knowledge of phenomena. A planned evolution will occur at different levels, we are preparing it in our own manner so that it manifests completely, as we wish for the good of all.

It is up to each one to become aware of this and to act for the best.
