Incarnations follow one another and may resemble each other to some extent. The common thread is there, guiding the being in his or her inevitable journey, which often runs counter to what one would have wished. The laws of life cannot be circumvented. One has to submit to them – a human being has no choice. All is not negative in this process. It often provides beautiful compensations, hence the need for surrender, which can bring about the best possible.

Our abhyasis have often gone through many tribulations before discovering this path of Sahaj Marg; they have aligned themselves with it over time, often concluding that they had made the right choice. This way provides much more than it seems to. Its benefits are revealed over time and with sufficient practice, allowing one to make the best of it.

Nothing is done without reason; ordeals are to be considered in this light. The principle of reincarnation is still far from being accepted by all, and yet it is decisive for each human being, whether or not one likes it or knows it. Sometimes it is good to take stock of one's life and the commitments required to ensure that the best comes about. Spiritual commitment, like the one we propose, is an important step in life. It transforms one's life in a certain way and casts a new light on the need for action in this domain. The spiritual aspect is not to be overlooked; it is wise to be aware of it. This awareness can lead the being to an unforeseen blossoming, giving new meaning to

a person's life. To progress in this manner should be the main objective of all life. It is up to each and every one to seize the opportunity offered to them and to obtain the desired results; we are working accordingly.
