Try to forget these sufferings. In a way they facilitate the work being done here, but they are very heavy for you to bear. Such is life. The principle of human evolution has its codes and inescapable laws. So has it always been, and in the current era no one can change them. Healings and significant changes can occur; everything has its raison d'être and is justified over time. The future will advance towards an elevation of consciousness that will be quite substantial. A new era will be established on Earth in order to foster this general movement that, in its own way, is already being prepared. A spiritual path like Sahaj Marg has a significant role in the great transformations to come. Everything is falling into place slowly, yet irreversibly.

Each incarnation offered to human beings allows them to have experiences, good or bad as the case may be but all necessary for their evolution. It is not always easy to understand why one needs to incarnate, to have multiple experiences and undergo sufferings in order to truly progress. Sanctification has always entailed passing through difficult phases that allow the human being to be fulfilled, in the best sense of the word. When everything in this world becomes simple for the human being, a great step will be made towards building a better world. The practice of Sahaj Marg considerably alleviates the burden of each of its participants, to the extent of their genuine involvement inspired by a sincere heart.

So it is.
