Let your heart sing, it does it very well. Is it not for you the most gratifying thing at this stage of your life? It is stability itself. This love is durable, it does not fluctuate with the passing days. It is a real strength for human beings throughout their lives. Following a spiritual way charts a path, providing reference points on this long journey and bringing soothing reassurance. Such an approach saves valuable time for what will come later, in other places of which the human being is not really aware. Many ideas and images have been given, but they do not correspond to the reality, which is beyond human understanding; everything in its time. It is important here in this incarnation to act for the better and move towards the goal. When the day comes, it reveals itself as it must to the human being, who pursues his or her journey in other places, carried by subtle vibrations, refined to a greater or lesser degree according to how far one has come.

The way of Sahaj Marg is a real asset in this sense too; the achievement of this life is precious, constituting a major support for proceeding towards other shores. Blessed are the pure in heart who know how to distinguish right from wrong. We are not moralising; we just want to make our brothers and sisters aware of what is most important for them.
