How many times have we returned to the same topics; this is unavoidable. Human beings change throughout their lives, but their inner nature remains the same. Repetition is necessary. It strengthens human beings in their personal journey; without this constancy, one's life would be nothing but instability, and perhaps even confusion. A spiritual approach such as we propose provides a deep and enduring grounding capable of bringing about a transformation in the best of one's self.

It is up to each of our aspirants to assess how far they have come, to the extent that they are able to do so. Here, we can fully appreciate the results of this work; they are very positive, you can be sure. Many of our abhyasis are committed to serving this path and they do so brilliantly, thus furthering the expansion of this Mission in the world. The distance travelled in such a short time is encouraging and shows how much benefit there is in this seemingly simple method. All of us here rejoice in these results. When beings invested in this path rejoin us, they save precious time. They can then engage differently by serving in another way.

This path of the heart, unique among its kind, is expanding in a simple manner, without great fanfare. Egotistical displays are not appreciated. The only thing that counts is each person's progress towards achieving the best. Every step forward is important; not only does it strengthen the abhyasi, but it also contributes to the

expansion of the Mission, for the good of all. A day will come when these words will become clearer. May Sahaj Marg continue to grow in hearts, thus preparing for the new era in the greatness it will bring to humanity.
