Immerse yourself in the heart of silence, where the uncertainties of this world give way to a true serenity, one that calms the entire being. This refuge is truly precious; nothing can match it. Here the intellect does not rule, energies become regulated and the heart is happy. Such are the benefits of such a meditation. When it is well understood and lived in a state of surrender to the Master, it bears fruit whose delights leave traces, and we can measure their effects.
