Every day offers an opportunity to grow, to move towards the goal. Nothing is to be neglected; everything is counted and constitutes each person's path. We are not asking for feats, for asceticism, but for a sincere commitment of the heart, perseverance in practice and total respect towards the Master who fully offers himself in his commitment to this beautiful Sahaj Marg Mission.

It is up to each and every one to see and appreciate what they are offered and what they personally derive from it, even if the surest effects are not always visible. Nothing is lost, and everything is possible under our blessings.
