Happiness is an abstract notion that satisfies the heart and soul of the being who experiences it. That capacity is not given to all human beings; some are resistant to this grace that is capable of transforming one’s life. Karma is inescapable, and yet a true spiritual approach can somehow work wonders and make substantial changes that were not imagined possible. History has no shortage of examples of this kind. When one is engaged in a spiritual way, surrender and action are necessary in more ways than one; opening one’s heart to the fullness of the Spirit can work wonders. So many of our abhyasis have followed this process leading up to the stage where they are now. A genuine commitment pays off richly; our abhyasis will fully realise this when the time for assessment comes. Everything is for the best. The trajectory of Sahaj Marg will continue to work for the good of all, leaving its mark over time – you can be sure of this. This is how it is.
