You know that it is enough to love us to touch our heart. This faculty is innate in you. That is not within the reach of everyone; they believe they love, they try, but they do not succeed. They make efforts, they are regular in their abhyas, but their heart does not dilate. They love with their head, sometimes hopelessly. Fortunately for them, all their efforts count. Those beings, too, are moving. They have to live with this difficulty, which partakes of their way of life. We help them, just like all of you, so that your qualities and your faults also serve you equally. Nothing is left to chance; we put to good use all the aspects of your personality! We regard you, with much attention, as a clock mechanism, fragile and precious. You do not have to feel sorry for your Masters, although you do not have the true possibility of evaluating their work.
