The big worry of my son in the future will be to appoint enough people ready to do the work with a healthy frame of mind. A person in charge can act in good faith without a sufficiently broad view of the emerging problems. Setbacks are inevitable, but the main thing is and will be always preserved. Therefore you should only see the beautiful in everything and in each of the brothers and sisters whom you mix with. Look towards the Master and see the Mission as a whole.

"Do your practice heartily without dwelling on annoyances inherent in any human group. Focus your efforts on your person, this particle, a component of a larger body, as we like to say. And let yourself be carried by this redeeming wave that will change the world. Thus, all will be well."
