Man is permanently confronted with choices which often result in errors. They sometimes happen to be beneficial in the sense that they allow a reappraisal and a new orientation of one's life. Nobody's life is simple; in the broad outline, all human beings go through the same ordeals at one time or another in their progress. Great spiritual beings are not spared either, for other reasons.

"Laws prevailing in this world are rigorous in this respect, hence life's difficulties. As compassion and solicitude towards one's fellow creature are neither spontaneous nor the order of the day for the majority of humans, a specific karmic climate is maintained whose effects are persistent. We can only deplore these constantly renewed cycles where the same errors occur, without man really learning from them. May a time come when the cries of suffering will no longer rise from a world in distress having reached unacceptable limits!

"Everything must change by going through a thoroughly programmed evolution with the assistance of all those who actually would want to make the necessary effort to go ahead. May all our brothers be seriously committed in their practice and take that opportunity given to them to be fulfilled spiritually in view of specific objectives. All are supported and strengthened to that end; it is up to them to benefit from what is offered to them."
