God is everything. To be deeply certain of that, allows one to face life in terms of its trying aspects.

"Joys and sorrows are a blend of what makes life real: the personality of a human being allowing itself to be shaped by them. How does he behave in the face of each situation? Which lesson will he draw from it? Will [these situations] lead him to more wisdom? That is the challenge of his incarnation. Each day of life on this Earth offers an experience; some acquired wisdom allows man to behave better in various situations. Spiritual practice fosters openness and a little glimpse into the events, making it possible to put their importance into perspective.

"All that can occur on Earth are mere incidents compared to the immutability of the divine reign, of its power, which is beyond man's assessment. Being incarnate, he is small in the face of the elements and the entire creation, but he generally thinks he is important, which he is not. He is wasting an invaluable time by pursuing all kinds of pleasures much more than would be necessary, thus harming his accomplishment. How can one make him understand and become wiser by using a speech to which he is not ready to listen?

"Time will do its work in everything; his turn also will come. In our way, everything is working with a view of helping him, by showing him the way to follow, so that his progression will no longer slow down. May he follow his Master, with conviction and love!"
