To be the instrument of the Divine is to be able to accept all its manifestations. They are not necessarily to the liking of the person concerned; there lies that fundamental concept of complete surrender to the divine powers. A living Master personifies them, possessing in this incarnation the power bestowed on him to bring the souls to their spiritual maturity, while conforming to their destiny. His role is critical. As the intermediary made sacred in our way, he ensures that our way operates correctly in the material world and more precisely in the highly spiritualized dimension characterizing it. The influence of a being of that stature cannot be measured humanly, and his action largely surpasses the limits of this world.

"The powers imparted to him do not emanate from human beings; he was selected for a very special mission and until the end of his life on Earth, he will fulfil it. Supported and helped in all circumstances by an authority constantly overseeing the implications of our developing Mission on this planet, it is in him and through him that the essence it represents is accomplished.

"The goodwill of our brothers must be expressed in the detailed aspects which enable cohesion of the groups. In the groups, it is important to overcome typically human quarrels, to let the essentials they are privileged to benefit from, surface. United in Master's love, meanness must disappear and leave room for the work he is performing for the good of all.

"May all our brothers appreciate what they have; one day they will be fully aware of it."
