"The development of our way requires a managerial staff, which is not easy to set up; your wisdom will provide for it. Mistakes are inevitable; we all know it from experience, human beings are often puzzling and they all are not one hundred percent reliable. In spite of disadvantages inherent in this world, our Mission's impact is much more profound than it seems to be. Changes in this area are slow, work is carried out at subtle levels and this alchemy takes its time before the results became obvious.

"Dependable men, upon whom you can count, surround you. They are not only a few Indian brothers, but also courageous hearts all over the world, who see their Master as the supreme reference.

"Your special aura will mark this time; it is heading towards a revival, even if it must go through death throes that will sweep away miasmas of the past. Do not hesitate to think big; it is better not to be overwhelmed yourself. Some big projects may seem inappropriate. Rely on your own intuition; we are by your side and we inspire you accordingly.
