Calm down, relax. We know how painful it is on certain days. Physical and moral sufferings exist on the Earth in various degrees. God is not insensitive to the call of His children, but this is how laws are made, and it is a prerequisite to reach the goal.

"The mountaineer who undertakes the conquest of a summit difficult to reach, goes through very trying moments; he suffers and puts his life in danger, deliberately. He satisfies an ambition, a need to excel himself, which is not the case of the simple mortal who undergoes his karma, whether imposed or chosen. So will it be until the end of time, and the best way of settling one's accounts is again acceptance and surrender.

"We do not have other means to propose to you, except for an unfailing faith and the accompanying graces which reduce your burden. You are in a spiritual way that makes you take shortcuts, and that shapes and transforms you deeply.

"Safety will come from such a process; your efforts, as well as those of the mountaineer, will not be in vain. Remain trustful and loving, in spite of the torments of life."
