To you my dear son,

"He who will succeed you will have to be strong. We are training him outside the Mission circuit. He must have a great knowledge of life, in all respects, and an iron constitution. A highly spiritual being, as well as a businessman. He will have to face many problems, requiring great diplomatic skills, as well as a sense of organization.

"In short, a real treasure, that must mould into our style, far from his fellows who would make him take flight. Times to come will be trying; it will be necessary to know how to cope. The breastplate will have to resist, when he enters the ring."
