Compassion is an important element not to be neglected; it is even essential to your evolution.

Cultivate it. By letting yourselves merge into human misery in general, you will minimize your own.

You will find it more bearable. Never cease working on yourselves. It is your great work, the most decisive in the final analysis.

When you take stock of your life, you will not have to brood over having missed one of the most important aspects. Sharpen your judgement about yourselves; sooner or later, you will have to do it, better not to waste time. Take heart.
