Do not torture your mind as you do, we accept you as you are. Isn't that the main thing? Perfection is not easy to achieve. The way is long and difficult. One has to keep on correcting oneself and, in that too, have the humility to accept oneself. This challenge will end only when you leave this Earth. Elsewhere, another quest will start. It is endless, so don't lose heart.

Keep your eyes fixed on this luminous point you envisage, while trying to forget the shadowy areas; they are inevitable in every life. Lead yours as best you can by serving us with love. Nothing is simple for human beings, who, if they want to keep a close check on themselves, must constantly question themselves.

The road to perfection has many thorns. The wise try to circumvent them, that is where their merit lies.

Advance in peace, but keep in mind this constant and indispensable self-control. Human nature is weak. One needs a great deal of inner strength to overcome it.

The main thing is to set an objective and stick to it as best as possible.

The practice we recommend to you all is the best help one can have. Be conscious of that and trust your Master, who helps you all get through the most important stages of your spiritual lives.
