Yes, criticism is simple. It's so easy to speak without thinking. It would be better to reflect before letting yourself say things you will later regret. This way of being is one of the weaknesses of humans. Try at least to correct yourselves on this point.

Bear in mind that you are also victims of this behaviour. Make sure you don't fall prey to the arrows that your fellow human beings can hurl at you; they will not miss you, no matter what you do.

If people were really willing to focus on themselves and analyse themselves without fail, they would gain time and advance more quickly in their personal development. If this soul-searching seems tiresome to you all, bear in mind that, sooner or later, you will have to do it with extreme rigour. You'd better prepare for it now, if you really want to advance.
