Spirit dominates matter. Spirit must prevail over the body; you have that power, you must make use of it. Make good use of it for yourself and others. The body must adapt to this force that resides in it and no longer rebel.

You can accomplish this work and not be its slave anymore.

That is sufficient; make use of this power which is granted to you to make your life less hard. Master this power; it will be of use to you to help your fellow beings.

See things differently. Adapt yourself to this new state, learn how to manage it and you will see the results. We know that you can do great things, so get to work.
