Let your sadhana be joyful! Think of the transformations it produces in you, the prospects it opens up for you; you know that your life on Earth is a passage, that it continues beyond and that a better future on one of those planes awaits you.

"You prepare that better future, thanks to your perseverance and the way you have chosen. We want the best for you. We bestow all our attention on you; we follow your progress. It is good in this kind of process to know where you are going and whom you can trust.

"You trust in your Master, who sees that you remain among us. You carry on your road, helped by his vigilance towards you. It is not easy to assess the progress made in this kind of process. Your transformation is slow and is achieved at very subtle levels, but it is real.

"If you were suddenly to go back, the feeling at the heart level would not be pleasant and you would quickly wish to return to the present. Therefore, it is better to look ahead and to persevere; the road is long, but the result will be your reward."
