Your heart is suffering, it is human. Don't let yourself be caught up in the game of life. It comes, it goes, it's fluctuating and uncertain, as you know. Let yourself be carried as the days go by, while achieving what you came for, no more, no less. Humans must be taken for what they are – changing, evolving over time and overwhelmed by their own existence, not understanding it in the many meanders of its course.

An immutable song rises above human turpitudes, always the same in its beauty and perfection. What does the human heart require that is more stable and greater? Unique is Divine Love, it cannot be explained. It heals the most grievous wounds; unhappy hearts take refuge in it, happy hearts too, because this refuge is in no way equalled.

Sing its praises, never tire of it, until your last breath if you can still do it. It will not leave you. It will help you in this ultimate transition towards other climes, an elsewhere you already imagine. It will be very different from what you think, it cannot be described in human terms. Be at peace and tranquil on this point. Remain still and centred in the heart of life.
