(In meditation.)

The Medium: Babuji, I try to do my best to please you...

You are making efforts, that's good. You must go further. As I have already told you, you have to persevere to go towards the high levels. There is a threshold where this becomes more and more difficult. It is necessary to really focus on the goal to be attained and to go to the very depths of oneself to unite with the Divine. Prayer, the impulses of the heart, are not enough to walk through the golden door, the one that leads to the culmination of all real pursuit.

Sahaj Marg is a simple spiritual way with no added ritual or invocation of any kind. Its simplicity is effective when used appropriately. We help our aspirants as long as they work with ardour. We know that modern life, in the heart of the cities, is not conducive to contemplation; there is no need to spend hours on it. One has only to do what we recommend, with one's heart and also with love, which can only grow with time. By persevering, all this will yield the best results. Blessings.
