Centre yourself in the heart of silence, detached from worries and disturbing emotions. Cut yourself off from the turbulences of life; they are only the wind making the wheel of life turn. The central axis of this wheel does not move; it remains at its point of gravity.

Immutable is the superior being. What do the adventures of a momentary existence mean to this being? Successive incarnations are part of this unstoppable cycle of evolution.

Detach yourself more and more from the world. Do what you must, in the best way possible, while letting yourself be guided by the heart; it is a true friend.

Emotions are bad counsellors; the voice of wisdom is inside you and it must prevail over them.

Don't let yourself be enmeshed in the nets of illusion, which characterize this world. Take refuge in this holy place; there you'll find peace.

Remain attached to this 'condition', unassailable and sovereign, that sadhana creates in you.

My child, this speech you know, but it's good when need arises to remind you. You know where the only and true refuge is.

Let yourself be won over by the 'Immutable' calm, and thank God for having brought you to the sacred shores.
