Remember that the bonds of the heart, subtle bonds, defy distances. Do not be sad to see them leave – life is like that, to each their own destiny. Distance doesn't change anything; you will all go on doing together what needs to be done and finished, with regard to what we expect of you.

Being messengers of the heart is no mean feat; you will be inspired in due course.

This meeting was beneficial in many respects for each of you, and we are happy for that.

Our abhyasis have mobilized at this year's end to take time for inner reflection in ashrams and centres, or quite simply at home – far from the noise of the city, from all this hustle and bustle generating violence and excesses of every kind.

We note with the passing years the progress of our aspirants and, in general, the changes in the way they live and behave. All of us here are delighted about that, and we will continue to see to it that this transformation takes place in ever greater depth.
