The difficult stage at the Montpellier Ashram is over. It had to undergo all this turbulence to purify itself and get off to a fresh start. Now it is up to you all to ensure that it revives and to animate it, and that it becomes a beacon, as we have long hoped. People of goodwill are coming forward; you must be bold and make sure that abhyasis from other regions want to come here for seminars. Great comfort and green spaces are not necessary; this ashram is in the city, and it's not a vacation resort; its vocation lies elsewhere.

Be imaginative; truly motivated abhyasis will find what they are seeking.

Seminar days can be made very intensive by avoiding dispersion.

Offer your brothers and sisters weekends that don't require long trips or too many family constraints. This place is special, it has its role to play; it is solely up to you all to ensure that it finds its rightful place in the heart of the city.
