Don't hesitate anymore to express your feelings; we insist a lot on this point, but it is important. The great mystics of the past were not afraid to do so and to write beautiful things that have marked and still illuminate the spiritual life of all of you.

What is more beautiful than to love, than to say it and sing it in every tone. We warned you all that the repetitions would be numerous in this latest series of the heart-to-heart: the Uplift. What is happening to our scribe is particular. An important transformation of her personality is taking place without her knowledge. While keeping the same appearance, she will no longer be quite the same. Make the most of her presence; we cannot say more than that. It is up to you all to feel and understand, according to your perception and your sensitivity.

Rest assured, my child, you are not delirious; you can be reticent at times. Let yourself be carried by the divine flow, without putting up any resistance. Why think that you are not worthy of such a grace, it is a great day for you; live it in all its richness and splendour, even if you must, as usual, go about your business.
