As long as there are messages, we will not stop returning to this aspect of your sadhana – interiorization. Perfect this practice, it will help you all until the end of your lives. It requires some training, but it is worthwhile. Thus, you will have at your disposal the means of escaping by uniting ever more fully with the Divine. This refuge is unequalled, the subtlety of its atmosphere will transport you with joy.

Do you all see the purpose of this 'heart-to-heart'? It is meant to encourage you, to urge you to go ever further and deeper within yourselves. We wish you complete success and we bless you, you who are so dear to us.
