On this day, think of all the beings you have lost. Send them thoughts of joy and gratitude, but especially – whatever the emptiness they may have left in your life – control yourself and do not be sad; they would feel desolate.

"Their life continues in the beyond. Whether they remain close to you or not, you should leave them in peace and not overwhelm them with queries and requests of all sorts which they cannot satisfy. They help you in their own way, which does not always satisfy you.

"You must respect them and let them carry on their way. They come towards you when they can, and they help you as much as possible.

"Your life on Earth must continue; you must go until the end of what is written, and that, in a state of acceptance.

"Your requests will not bring about any change. Carry on your way with courage.

"Time that you spend on the Earth is not so long, even if it seems an eternity to you. One day it will end, and you will be able to fly towards other skies."
