Some may have come to see and test, which is normal. If they have stayed, it means they like the formula and have understood the true objectives of this approach.

Results cannot be obtained without work, without constantly renewed efforts.

It is about really knowing what you want, and then choosing the speed and pace that seem most appropriate for what you expect from this way.

No path is easy. In Sahaj Marg, as elsewhere, if you want to advance, you have to really go ahead and put your heart into your work.

It is precisely about the heart, this much-cited organ: one is kind-hearted, is really heartless, has a heavy heart, etc....

The heart we are interested in here is the vibratory heart; we will call it that to differentiate it from the physical organ.

The spiritual heart, which has its own life, has nothing to do with the heartbeats that keep you alive.

This divine heart conceals treasures, doors to be opened progressively as you advance – points, as we call them.

It is the guardian of the inner temple; one has to show one's credentials to enter it. This temple is imposing; without a good guide, you could be lost in it. Don't be afraid, all these colourful comments are meant only to sensitize you all to your work, to open up prospects that motivate you to advance.
