Interiorize yourself, in your heart you will find reasons to continue on. Every human being has a potential they must make use of; everyone is unique and carries within them the seal that characterizes them.

One's story is written in the registers of time, and no one can escape it.

We repeat ourselves in these messages, but the entire life of each of you is repetition. From the moment you are born, you each advance in a pre-established programme made up of continuously repeated actions.

None of you can escape this monotony; it shapes each of you, it gives you solid and necessary foundations. Human beings must structure themselves, physically and morally, within a socio-cultural framework that shapes them in such a way as to foster their spiritual process.

They must go through all states and put up with their social conditions, their environment and their health. Knowing how to adapt is a sign of a wisdom that gives great strength to face up to events.

Know how to smile at life; it is full of lessons and is in line with your evolution. Put aside regrets and resentment, and build peace around and within yourselves by turning a blind eye to your fellow human being's imperfections; they can see yours.

See to it that you love without distinction, and you will all grow in wisdom.
