As we have just said, total surrender to the Master is the most important aspect of any true spiritual process. The living Master has a predominant influence on the aspirant's progress. Resistance is sometimes tenacious, and only time and the abhyasi's determination to continue his or her work can manage to overcome it. Another stage of sadhana can then begin, one more fruitful and decisive. Many of our brothers and sisters think they are in this state of mind, but they are superficially so. Their hearts remain impregnable bastions, entrenched as they are in old concepts limiting their march forward. Only time and Master's patience can overcome this situation. When the aspirant has finally become aware of the limitations created by himself or herself, they can take flight.

The golden fleece of spirituality is hard-won.

It is up to you all to make good choices and advance on this luminous road, under the enlightened gaze of your Divine Master.
