Once again we will come back to surrender. It is the driving force of spiritual life. You all must work particularly on this aspect of your personality. Without it you cannot advance, and your ego takes over.

In each situation, the ego clouds the issue, and you are incapable of recognizing the real opportunity you are offered to work on tendencies that slow down your evolution.

Be vigilant – your old demons are lurking in the shadows. Incomprehension sometimes covers up certain insidious faults such as envy and jealousy, which prompt you all to judge too quickly. Judgement must be banished, as a matter of priority. It stifles your discernment.

Be wary of hasty, unconsidered reactions that risk leading you to take positions or actions undesirable for you.

May you not bristle at our recommendations! You all sometimes get carried away, without even being aware of it, and it's only in retrospect that you realize your mistake, when common sense reasserts itself.

Each human being, to one degree or another, must face his or her weaknesses. It is necessary to know how to recognize them, humbly admitting them.

Work towards your own advancement, with rigour, and be tolerant of others since, in a certain manner, you see in them what you don't want to acknowledge in yourselves.
