At the heart of silence is plenitude; these blessed moments, when the whole being is in ecstasy, are truly unique. They elevate the soul towards its noblest destiny. So much attention and commitment are necessary to achieve the goal. Each one progresses in their own way and builds, little by little, an edifice capable of withstanding time and the many turbulences that shape humankind in its entirety.

It is not easy to project oneself into the future, hence the need for surrender and for being attentive to the smallest signs, decisive in one's journey.

Sahaj Marg saves precious time – abhyasis realise it one day, when infinite prospects take shape before them. Here the best can begin and open wide the gates of bliss.

Our faithful abhyasis are carried incessantly.
