Here, the commitment of the heart is essential, and the ritual of meditations strengthens the heart in its approach. The abhyasi then feels fit to embark on such a journey. The heart receives and is nourished by grace, everything is accomplished in silence, and the peace of the soul is established – therein lies the longawaited delight. In this way an incarnation reaches its goal; one more step is taken on this unparalleled journey, a spiritual quest that leads to the essential. All these years of implementation of this Sahaj Marg path have created a very subtle vibration, one that acts positively in the conquest of hearts and their blossoming. In these troubled times, is it not one of the healthiest and most constructive objectives, to advance with delight towards the Ultimate goal!

Special blessings to all.
