The plenitude of the heart – this well defines the transcendence of the Spirit, which is what meditation, practised in our way, leads to. This way has many resources, yet one must want to go deeply into the system and fully benefit from it. Each person advances at their own pace, according to their inner inclination to love, to explore the sacred space with which all human beings are endowed. Therein lies their true treasure; this perspective towards the Infinite is offered to them, and it is up to them to truly commit themselves, under the guidance of their Master, who is capable of bringing them to the most satisfactory level of consciousness.

Many stages are to be completed; enriching is this journey, and in more ways than one.

Each step provides an experience, a deepening of this state of consciousness, so abstract for humans in general. Many stages are necessary to achieve this type of incarnation where everything can finally be accomplished. This guidance, so often mentioned in our way, saves precious time. To be able to refer to the incarnate Master is a privilege from which our Mission benefits, and which is necessary for its establishment in this world; the Mission is endowed, there too, with the best, one might say, going

beyond the miasmas of a materiality that has attained the height of its well-known and destabilising effects. Here, 'heartfulness' is welcome.
