The meandering pathways of the heart guard well their secrets, which are not revealed to the eyes of humans, as they are too abstract. This heart is the essential element for life, but not only that; it also holds secrets which, from one incarnation to another, weave the fabric of one's destiny – a destiny that has long been planned. It is a story whose guiding thread connects every incarnation and gives each one a special colouring, a continuity that is necessary for the blossoming of the whole being.

The practice of Sahaj Marg is very special among its kind; it saves valuable time. It refines the subtle points and ensures their cohesion in order to maintain a better balance amid daily turbulence. Karma is inescapable. It plays an important role in the lives of all incarnate beings, whether or not they are aware of this subtle energy – an energy that maintains, at all costs, what must exist and what should take place for one and all over the course of days. This long journey is revealed over time and holds many surprises. Everything has been foreseen down to the smallest detail and, above all, has long been planned. The manner in which one manages a life is important; everything is counted and remembered, in order to perfect the continuation of this long saga with its meanders full of surprises for humans faced with the unfolding of the

days. Embellishing the days with an active spiritual practice is a sign of wisdom, which we appreciate and support even further.

May all our brothers and sisters be blessed and strengthened in the face of life.
