Bathe in this energy of love that carries you daily. Don't feel embarrassed to write it; why couldn't we express a truth such as this. This inner refuge is sacred. May all our abhyasis really become aware of it and fully benefit from a transmission unique to our Mission. It occurs in differing ways, but it works, you can be sure.

The Sahaj Marg Mission is expanding its action, and it will do so more and more in the face of obvious necessity in a world so troubled. To advance towards serenity is not an easy objective; this challenge is and will remain the most difficult of an incarnation. Our messages are given in order to be known to our abhyasis – we are well placed to assess this. Humans create barriers for themselves, often raising them when it is not suitable to do so.

Difficulties, joys and many adventures punctuate a life, allowing people to move forward. Regardless of their spiritual commitment, they advance one way or another, confronted with tests; these do indeed have their purpose. We want the best for our aspirants, guiding them day by day in our own manner. Everything is important and necessary.

Long is the road to bliss, achieving it is the Ultimate happiness. Blessings to all.
