Forget this world during these unique and blessed moments, when by divine grace we can express ourselves, and for good reason. Our choice was not made in vain, you can be sure. These writings will remain unique and the characteristic feature of our Sahaj Marg Mission. This is worth repeating since our words do not seem to be heard. No matter – let us proceed on the journey, where grace carries this pencil that is exclusively surrendered to our will without any preconceptions whatsoever.

May all our brothers and sisters find a little time to devote to their practice; it is a necessary pause in their lives for their spiritual advancement. It is important, you can be sure. One day, they will be able to assess its effects and enjoy the benefits it provides. Everything is accomplished in the silence of the heart, far from the noise of the city and the multiple diversions that everyday life brings. These many aspects attract one's attention. It is not easy in such tormented times to evaluate things and, especially, to not neglect the essential. Far from the noise of the city – of life, quite simply, and the unrest it produces – what is essential to human evolution is being developed. Everything is moving forward at its own pace in accordance with divine plans that have been known for all eternity to lead where needed – to the development of a better world. We are working towards this, in a small way compared to this power, but our intentions are gradually materialising. One day, they will succeed in prevailing permanently.

May grace flood the hearts of all our abhyasis and carry them to the highest.
