This sacred space allows us to freely express ourselves here. Anything done for the good is fostered in one way or another. The number of abhyasis is increasing; methods are changing and being adapted to the present time. It is fitting that the approach of this way and its practice are facilitated in order to make them easier; the largest possible number must be able to enjoy its benefits. Sahaj Marg is not a path that is restrictive, closed or sectarian. Some principles are adhered to, which is normal, but it is accessible to all. It will always keep growing over time, supported in this by new methods that permit an easy elevation that generates the best. “Spirituality is slowly winning over hearts in a manner that is natural and feasible for all. We wish for the spiritual development of our brothers and sisters, without any sectarian constraints. A genuine commitment of the heart is much more productive for everyone than overly strict rules that do not really promote the progress of the seeker. Only the call of the heart is decisive. Indeed, in this organ specifically a very special process takes place, one that is little known but critical for the progress of each person. Acquiring knowledge prepares a being for realisation, that which is extolled in our way and obtained through commitment, work and grace – which is surely granted when a fervent heart yearns for it. “Special blessings to all.”
