Peace is within you, in the sacred refuge where the best is accomplished. This introduction, as one could call it, makes the contact easier; so it is, every day. The practice of Sahaj Marg leads to a profound meditation capable of producing a very special vibration that acts on certain ‘points’ – those that are involved in, and very important for, the advancement of the seeker. The mystery of the human being at that level remains the same; that hidden side keeps its secrets well, and this is not likely to change. In each person there is excellence, the culmination of every quest of this kind when the abhyasi is really committed. [For us] to go much deeper into this would not help the seeker any further; it is better to stay within reasonable limits for the understanding of all. “Surrender and love – that love, of course – are the strengths of this mystical epic, unprecedented in the current era. That which is accessible to human beings and necessary for their evolution reveals itself gradually to the abhyasi. The determination of each person to progress allows him or her to go through stages, those that cannot be measured humanly but that transform the being at the subtlest level. In this process, everything is accomplished in silence; contemplation arising from meditation can lead the abhyasi to his or her own best. Perseverance reveals that which must take place for a person’s advancement, and our ceaseless action generates the rest – namely, the elevation of the soul in this unique place where the Divine awaits it, under our blessings.”
