Yes, insofar as there exist forms of life which your electronic microscopes cannot detect. Man is a high scale predator. He believes he is a unique species living on a planet, the only one inhabited. He is mistaken heavily and the consequence of this insane act is incalculable. The council of sages, which monitors this world, is concerned by that. How can this madness in making disastrous exploration and experiments be stopped?

"The Earth is dotted with nuclear power stations some of which are rundown and are capable of blowing up everything, of causing the oceans to overflow, of inducing polar reversal and other delights in store.
