(10:00 p.m. with Françoise and Christine.)

I am with you... Pray for peace, there is a lot of misery in the world. I don't forget you, but there is so much to do. It is good that you are not indulging in immoderate feasting and that you remain in the spirit of Sahaj Marg. I bless you, my children.

Help us through prayer and your purity of heart. Do your practice well, it will be your sustenance for the great journey. Don't go to the ashram this evening. Rest, you have my blessing.

I appreciate your François, you were very lucky to have him; he is precious.
