Regain serenity; it is necessary here where the best can be expressed. This special nourishment will be more and more appreciated. Our abhyasis are evolving and becoming more refined with time. Their perseverance in following our teaching and an effective, non-demanding practice connects them to what is essential. Everyone has their own objectives, and we have ours: to ensure that our Mission grows and helps more and more of our brothers and sisters caught in the difficult movement of life. Disturbances are increasing; never before in this era have they reached their current level. Keeping a good balance is a feat. Practice, as we propose it, helps the sensitive points of the being in this respect.

Spirituality is a major asset, and it is important to not neglect it. In no way does it interfere with everyday life. On the contrary, when spirituality is well implemented, it brings serenity and a more accurate view of phenomena. It is important, more than ever, to set aside a space of peace and harmony where the Divine finds its place. It is the ultimate goal of a human being's journey. Each incarnation contributes a stone to the edifice, which is a sacred one. Spiritual elevation is not a goal pursued by many human beings; they still have so much to do and so many experiences of every kind to go through before they can understand where the best part of themselves lies. Sahaj Marg helps them as best as possible. When this approach is calling them and they are truly committed to it, they are making a big step, and this makes us happy.
