A sincere call is always heard. Many people are suffering, overwhelmed by personal problems and the vibratory conditions of life in a world that is troubled in more ways than one. It is not easy to adapt to the many disturbances of a life subjected to frantic 'modernism'. These circumstances are inescapable. Living in a cocoon, far from the world and its noise, is not an easy thing to achieve. Material life is what it is, and arranging time for reflection, for deep meditation, is the only way to maintain a satisfactory balance within society's current system.

Most of our abhyasis manage to put things into perspective and set aside time for mental rest and meditation as part of their daily practice. This is an important moment for them, when they can connect to the divine source. Their subtle bodies appreciate these pauses, in which harmony promotes deep meditation. It is very commendable, in unfavourable conditions, to make time for the practice as we offer it. Not everyone is fortunate enough to benefit from an ashram; many must find the right conditions for their practice, and doing so is praiseworthy. Each one does what he or she can. The essential thing is to be truly committed, and to advance accordingly. We see hearts and what they truly aspire to – nothing eludes us, you can be sure. We are not moralising; we appreciate the purity of intent and the sincere commitment of an aspirant, and we give it back well.

Blessings to all.
