Time is at work in all things, and here its effects are amply demonstrated. Many hearts are won over by these very special messages, as is evident from all the testimonies that are coming to you. All is well in this, and we are delighted by it. A new era of expansion is unfolding for this way of the heart; this path will be more and more in line with what humans are seeking in a spiritual process whose requirements do not impose on one's way of life and habits, as far as one's general behaviour is concerned. Everything must be done naturally, without any undue constraint.

This method is given to today's humans to help them cope with an often difficult life in the current context of day-to-day existence. Achieving within oneself serenity and strength against all odds is an indication of a deep and sincere commitment. This way of the heart does not impose any excessive constraints – a few practice-related rules and an attitude of tolerance and understanding towards one another are what we expect of all. Each one advances at his or her own pace; at the human level, who can afford to judge, not to mention criticise, what does not pertain to them in this area. We offer each one an opportunity to change, to progress towards beautifying the soul. Everything is done to achieve this, and it is up to everyone to act accordingly. We strongly encourage them.

Blessings.
