This Mission establishes itself over time and it will grow insofar as it provides truly committed seekers with a spiritual approach worthy of their profound aspiration.

Sahaj Marg's tenet is not a mere intellectual approach or one that is based on religious principles that most people know. Here, in greatest simplicity, true work is being carried out that is all the more effective as it is done with faith and perseverance.

All our books have laid the foundations of this teaching which is complemented by this large quantity of messages that are increasingly accessible to each one of our aspirants.

Life is nourished by life; likewise, the spirit and the soul need continuous spiritual input just as the physical body has to have nourishment that meets its needs. In this present case, as we have said so many times, repetition is justified by the human need to be told over and over again what is essential for their spiritual evolution.

The path of Sahaj Marg approaches hearts with utmost modesty, knowing that it wins them over through the effects produced in them – effects that are very active, even more so over the long term. Sincere and committed practitioners know what we are talking about; the effects of their dedication come about almost without their knowledge.

This has only just begun; one day the divine goal will be reached. This is how it is.
