Divest yourself of what is useless; see only our hearts, which are listening to you and to all our brothers and sisters engaged in this rather special journey. There is so much to do in this material world, wherein manifest all the evils that affect our abhyasis. They too are not spared. Such are the divine laws; no one can escape this characteristic heaviness capable of stimulating certain negative aspects of a being in order to better enable self-correction. Our method offers the possibility for this correction, to some extent. It is still necessary to re-examine and challenge oneself, and work towards a planned improvement. Loyalty and steadfastness in practice allow one to access another level of consciousness. Nothing is done in vain when the heart is totally surrendered to us; our action then takes on its full might.

These messages help many of our brothers and sisters. This way of the heart is a hope for the future, a line of conduct to stick to, in light of a planned evolution through which so many present-day minds can change for the better, for the good of all. The objective to be attained here is to captivate hearts and strengthen them in their everyday 'battles'. These messages are already taking part in this great movement adapted to future changes. It has always been so in this world where, through the ages, teachings

have announced transformations and prepared humans to adapt to them. Times are changing, but love remains the key objective capable of saving this suffering humanity.
