Think beauty and harmony only, that which delights your soul. Forget everything else and plunge inside yourself into this sacred refuge where all sufferings are abolished. Humans are sometimes disappointing; everyone carries the burden they deserve in this incarnation – this cannot be circumvented. A spiritual being finds strength and courage within to face up to things; they have that critical recourse. The way of the heart provides the privilege of accepting trials to some extent.
