My dear Parthasarathi, We are happy to see that you are cheering up. You don't have to reproach yourself – doesn't everything have its raison d'être? Some situations change and things become obvious, as does the way to address them. Time brings into being what is proper; the growing necessities of the Mission in this world require a Master with the necessary stature to take charge in every respect, assisted by a team of staunch functionaries who will work towards a noble purpose and in complete cohesion.

The restructuring of the Mission will require greater and greater attention and work. Surrounding oneself with the right people is no easy task, but it is of the utmost importance.

Fully committed, devoted, lucid and effective – such are the qualities required of this team – qualities that need strengthening as the team expands. We must look ahead; the spiritual work requires solid foundations, both human and material. It also requires establishing ashrams, extending the existing ones, and designing an adequate policy so that these facilities play their rightful role in the lives of our aspirants. Much remains to be done to give our Mission its necessary scope in view of what the future has in store for it.
